A monthly gathering designed to create space for real conversations, meaningful connections, and shared wisdom — each featuring inspiring women who are shaping the wellness landscape.
Join Sue as she sits down with these women as they share their story. They will talk about what it is they practice, why they do what they do, and how that can bring more wellness to YOUR life.
Each month will feature a curated menu of small bites from HER Kitchen, thoughtfully designed to complement the evening’s theme. We highlight ingredients with wellness benefits in mind to truly nourish you from the inside out.
This month, we’re diving into the world of clean water with water expert Bethany Golden of Health Keys Water — exploring ways water can positively affect your health and the importance of making sure the water you are using is supporting your health.

Bethany Golden – Water Wellness Advocate & Entrepreneur
Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, Bethany Golden’s roots are deeply connected to family and community. After attending Campbell University in North Carolina, she eventually made her home in Texas—while continuing to commute monthly to Buffalo to work in her family's business, Health Keys Water Purification & Softening.
As a second-generation leader in the water treatment industry, Bethany has helped expand the Buffalo-based business into the commercial sector, building on a strong residential foundation while reaching businesses, schools, and other organizations in need of high-quality water solutions.
Bethany also owns and operates her own water treatment company in Texas, where she brings her passion for wellness-focused water treatment to families and businesses alike. Her approach goes beyond simply treating water—she’s deeply committed to helping people understand how clean, properly treated water can directly impact their health and quality of life.
A strong advocate for women’s health, Bethany founded W3: Water, Women and Wellness, to help educate and empower women about the vital connection between water quality and overall wellness—from hormonal balance to energy and daily vitality.
Whether consulting with a customer or traveling between states, Bethany’s mission is clear: to deliver better water and better health—especially for women and families—through education, integrity, and heart
