Join us for an evening that invites you to experience water in an entirely new way. Guided by certified water sommelier Bethany Golden of Health Keys, this intimate tasting explores the nuance, minerality, texture, and terroir of fine waters from around the world — much like a wine tasting, but centered around one of nature’s most essential elements.

Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a curated flight of three exceptional waters, each selected for its distinct mineral composition, mouthfeel, and origin. As you move through the tasting, Bethany will guide you through the subtle characteristics that make every water unique — from softness and salinity to effervescence and finish — while sharing the story behind each source and how water can shape the way we experience flavor. Fine water tastings are designed to highlight how mineral content, origin, and balance can enhance food and elevate the dining experience.
Each pour will be thoughtfully paired with plant-based charcuterie designed to complement or contrast the waters’ natural profiles. Whether you’re a wellness enthusiast, a food lover, or simply curious about the growing world of fine water culture, this experience offers a fresh perspective on the art of tasting.
