Bring a little fall home with you.
Join Lacy Folga of Creekside Flowers for an evening of creating with locally grown, dried flowers and locally grown pumpkins. Lacy will guide you through choosing a color palette and arranging a beautiful dried floral design on your own 10-inch pumpkin — creating a centerpiece that feels perfectly at home on your fall table.
The flowers are grown and dried right here in Western New York, and each pumpkin is locally grown, making every arrangement a little different.
While you create, enjoy a flower-infused mocktail and settle into a creative fall evening at HER Kitchen.
Your finished pumpkin can last anywhere from three weeks to three months, depending on temperature and where it is displayed.

About Lacy…
Creekside Flowers was a dream that finally came into fruition in the Spring of 2021. It was the result of the pandemic, when I, Lacy Folga lost my job and was pregnant looking for a career that I could do with small children in tow. I’ve been in the horticultural/landscape industry for 15 years and always wanted to have a cut flower farm. The first flowers I grew as a child at the age of 5 were snapdragons in my grandfather’s backyard. He always had a beautiful vegetable garden on Dearborn St in Black Rock and the snapdragons were our bit of it. Snapdragons are still one of my favorite flowers to grow.
I feel like from those first snapdragons I was always into gardening. As a kid I would help my parents design their gardens. This love carried on into adulthood as I managed nurseries, landscape crews and started doing garden designing. Now my love has progressed to growing cut flowers and bringing the joy of flowers to the community. Creekside Flowers is located along Cayuga Creek in Depew. All of our flowers are grown organically with no till methods. We grow a wide variety of flowers available April- November as well as dried flowers for the winter. Some of my favorites we grow are hellebores, tulips, roses, celosia, delphinium, dahlias, lisianthus, peonies, and sea holly.
Our fields are also full of native flowers that get used in our bouquets.
