A well-fitting bra is about more than comfort or how your clothes look. The right fit provides the support your breasts need and is an important part of caring for your breast health throughout the different seasons of life.
During this talk, Ashley will explore:
• Why the right fit matters for breast health and overall well-being
• How your body and bra size can change throughout life
• Signs that your bra may not be fitting or supporting you properly
• What a truly well-fitting bra should feel like
• The importance of knowing your body and paying attention to changes
Guests will also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn practical tips for finding the right support for their bodies.
