Soup for the Soul is a partial hands-on cooking class designed to slow things down, warm things up, and reconnect us to the comfort of cooking and sharing food together.

In this cozy seasonal experience, we’ll gather in the kitchen to prepare nourishing soups that celebrate simple ingredients, thoughtful technique, and the healing experience of a shared meal.

In this class, you’ll:

  • Learn how to build deep flavor using humble, seasonal ingredients

  • Explore foundational soup techniques you can adapt all winter long

  • Practice layering aromatics, herbs, and textures for balanced, satisfying soups

  • Discover plant-forward meals that feel hearty, grounding, and nourishing

  • Participate in guided, partial hands-on cooking stations

  • Gain confidence creating comforting meals without complicated recipes

  • Slow down and experience cooking as a form of care and ritual

  • Connect with community through food, conversation, and shared nourishment

After cooking, we’ll transition from kitchen to table for a relaxed communal dinner featuring a soup flight — three mini bowls enjoyed alongside fresh sourdough bread.
