ABOUT ASHLEY…

My name is Ashley Smith and I am a woman who wears many hats! I am a mamma, healing artist, health enthusiast, homesteader, mentor, and a self taught chef who loves to collaborate and share with others what I learn and practice. I believe food is a sacred bridge to ourselves, each other, and the earth. Cooking, our relationship to food, and the communities we break bread with are deeply sacred. How I interact with food in my daily life is both practical and magical. When I teach classes, not only do I share techniques, I also teach how to weave magic into the mundane in an effort to improve life. I love gathering with groups and cooking together because as a community we can expand feelings of joy and connection while developing confidence and skills.
