Explore the flavors of this blue zone and learn about the traditional sardinian suppers. Set up your lifestyle and environment like a Sardinian centenarian to live a longer, healthier life.

This will be partially hands-on cooking class and demonstration with sample bites through out the class. We will be learning how to make handmade pasta dough and rolled pastas. Recipes will be provided.

MENU: Handmade Cavatelli (Flour + Water Dough) with a Walnut Greens Pesto and a Spring Green Salad with a Lemon Viniagrette

  • Learn to knead pasta dough using only flour and water. We will guide you through making several pasta shapes by hand. The pasta you create is yours to take home. 

  • Enjoy a small plate of pasta and salad.

  • Receive recipes to take home so you can recreate in your own kitchen.

    Pasta made with flour is the focus, so unfortunately there are no gluten free options.
