Chef Valentina Garcia-Montaño, a native of Argentina, will guide you through the art of making authentic empanadas from scratch—sharing her family techniques, stories, and flavors along the way. Together, we’ll learn how to prepare and fold these beloved pastries, with a focus on simple, beautiful ingredients and time-honored methods.
